How much does it cost?

  • Agency Directory is free to search.
  • Earlybird rate is $500+GST per year for agencies to list on the site. This rate will expire at the end of February 2026.
  • Umbrella groups that encompass a number of agencies need to list each agency separately to reflect the different offerings.
  • Yes, Comms Council and IMANZ members are eligible for discounted membership.
  • Yes, once your listing is live on the site, you can update it up to four times in 12 months.
  • Payment will be taken from your account when you submit your listing .
  • Agency Directory will be live as soon as we receive the first agency listing.
  • Results are listed with most relevant first. If two or more agencies are equally relevant, they are listed in random order (which changes each time you view the result).
  • No. We check listings before they go live to ensure they’re from real people who are who they claim to be.
  • If someone else has managed to sign up with your agency’s name, email hello@agencydirectory.com and we’ll sort it (by kicking them off the site and making way for you).
  • Agency Directory is a place people can trust, so we won’t tolerate that kind of nonsense.
  • Yeah nah. This is a directory for agencies, so it’s unlikely a freelancer offers the range of services prospective clients are searching for.
  • If you reckon you’re an exception, let us know at hello@agencydirectory.com and we’ll talk about it.
  • Membership runs for 12 months from the date your listing goes live.
  • We’ll give you plenty of notice when it’s time to renew.
  • No, if you renew, the listing will remain without change (and you can update it up to four times in 12 months).
  • Yes, our team of real-life humans will check every listing before they’re published to the site.
